Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans addressing the specific needs of each client.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective counseling sessions.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide well-rounded client care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in patient care.
