  • Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to navigate acute situations effectively and ensure the safety of clients.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand the treatment process and manage chronic mental health conditions.
  • Deliver psychotherapy through various modalities, including individual and group counseling sessions, tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and goals.
  • Collaborate with community resources and agencies to coordinate care and assist clients in accessing vital services that promote stability and recovery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The focus will be on not just managing symptoms, but also on empowering clients to develop coping strategies, improve their resilience, and achieve sustainable long-term outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active LCSW license issued by the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling accurate documentation and seamless communication within the team.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a community health or primary care setting is highly desirable, enabling you to contact potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Familiarity with culturally competent care approaches, aware of the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits

In addition to competitive pay, we offer a full benefits package that includes comprehensive health insurance, dental and vision coverage, a retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off, including holidays and personal days.
