• Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate seamless documentation and care coordination.

• Experience working in an outpatient or community mental health setting is preferred, with a focus on diverse client populations.
• A background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is an advantage.
