Their primary responsibilities include extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data between different sources and destinations, automating workflows, and ensuring data quality and integrity. They collaborate with teams and stakeholders via online tools to develop business intelligence solutions and support data-driven decision-making within an organization.

How to become a remote SQL SSIS developer?

The preferred qualifications that you need to work as a remote SQL/SSIS developer include a degree, familiarity with relevant Microsoft and SQL products and platforms, and professional certification. Most employers expect candidates to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field. All employers expect skills with database functions and SQL servers, MySQL, and enterprise-level databases. Microsoft offers SQL-related certifications such as the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) for SQL Servers.
