About MemeHouse Design Studios
MemeHouse Design Studios fuels the growth of creators and artists through data‑driven digital strategies. We’re incubating a melodic‑techno act, and we need a Digital Marketing / Growth Marketer who can turn followers, streams, and playlists into a sustainable career path.

Role Overview
You’ll own the growth engine for a music artist: running paid campaigns, playlist‑pitching, and release‑campaigns designed to increase followers, streams, ticket interest, and brand visibility across platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Run paid social and search‑adjacent ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to grow followers, video views, and streaming traffic.

  • Coordinate and track playlist‑pitching strategies (DIY and label/label‑service partners) to maximize exposure on Spotify, Apple Music, and other platforms.

  • Plan and execute release‑campaigns (pre‑saves, pre‑adds, email/DM lists, countdowns, fan‑loops) for singles, EPs, and albums.

  • Track KPIs (followers, monthly listeners, playlist placements, website traffic, presales, etc.) and optimize spending weekly.

  • Work with Artist Manager, Social Media, and PR to align paid and organic strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing, growth, or music‑industry marketing.

  • Hands‑on experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads or YouTube) with clear results.

  • Understanding of streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, etc.) and how playlists and algorithms work.

  • Comfort with spreadsheets and basic analytics tools (Excel/Sheets, UTM, CRM‑style tracking).

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Prior experience working with an artist, label, or music‑startup.

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or music‑specific tools).

How to Apply
Please submit:

  1. Resume or LinkedIn profile

  2. A brief description of one campaign you ran (or managed) and the growth/results it drove

  3. A short note on your favorite electronic‑music artist and how you’d grow their audience
