Job description

About Rugiet
Rugiet is a high-growth, innovative telemedicine company pioneering patented solutions in the men's health space. We are dedicated to delivering accessible, effective, and patient-centric healthcare. As we continue to expand our suite of products and market presence, we rely on data-driven strategy and compelling messaging to connect patients with our life-changing solutions.
Role Summary
We need an ACD, Art Director who's good with big ideas and little details. Your job will be one part concepting, one part bringing the idea to life, and one part helping to lead our internal team of creatives. You'll have ideas that will get attention on TV and Social, and you'll make sure they come to life held to the highest standards of craft.
Tangibles
  • Have insane ideas. Our ACD, Art Director is first and foremost a conceptual creative. You're a seasoned conceptual powerhouse, well versed in finding an insight, and turning it into a big idea that can come to life across different executions.
  • Get your hands dirty. This is not just an ideas job, you also know how to, and like, making stuff. You're not expected to be an expert at all visual mediums, but you do know your way around Figma, the Creative Suite, the latest AI visual tools, and maybe even a bit of video/motion.
  • Hold the bar high. As an ACD, you are expected to review and direct some portion of the visual output of the department, giving clear and constructive feedback that helps to make sure our brand stays consistent and compelling.

Intangibles
Everyone in the creative department is held to the following standards:
  • We make the best work of our careers. We hold ourselves to the highest standards as we make creative work, because if we're not proud of what we're making, why should anyone else pay attention to it.
  • We believe in the power of creativity. We know that creativity creates outcomes, and so we constantly look for the thing that hasn't been done before, and never settle for the expected.
  • We crave feedback. We know that everything we do can always be improved. We seek out feedback from voices we respect, and give it when asked, thoughtfully and constructively.
  • We have an opinion. We are not just hands on keyboards, everyone, regardless of seniority or role, is expected to have ideas and a strong point of view that they work hard to develop.
  • We turn constraints into unfair advantages. We know there is never enough time or money to do things the easy way, and so we take constraints and make the most of them, always looking for the most creative solution to the limitless challenges that litter our path.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Senior Art Director or ACD Art Director an ad agency or internal agency.
  • Experience concepting and helping to produce 360-campaign ideas that build brands and drive awareness. You have ideas that people want to talk about and find impossible to forget, for everything from social content to TVCs.
  • You have overseen and directed designers, animators, editors, and other visual resources to produce beautiful work.
  • A portfolio of produced work that we wish we made.

To Apply
  • If you are excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing healthcare company by organizing and optimizing our creative output, please submit your resume, portfolio, a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a great fit for this role.
