Job description

Salary: $50,000 Base + commission

Inside Sales Representative
Company: Proactive Health
Location: Lehi, Utah (Hybrid) or Fully Remote
Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Commission

Who We Are

Proactive Health is a dynamic, high-growth remote care platform dedicated to improving patient care for seniors through cutting-edge technology and compassionate service. By blending advanced biometric monitoring with the strength of personal connection, our goal is to empower seniors and their healthcare providers with daily data to take charge of their health, reducing avoidable hospital readmissions and enhancing their quality of life.

The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, resilient, and collaborative Sales Development Representative
who thrives in a high-volume outbound calling environment. This is an active closing role. You will be managing a large daily pipeline of warm, referred senior demographic leads, with the ultimate goal of overcoming technology objections and securing firm commitments for in-home equipment setups.

This is not an administrative scheduling role. Your compensation and success are directly tied to your hustle: while you have a stable base salary, your commission plan is uniquely unlocked by the number of completed install appointments executed by our field technicians.

What Youll Do

  • Drive High Outbound Volume: Manage a dense daily call queue, executing 80100+ outbound calls to warm, pre-referred leads with persistence, speed, and continuous energy.
  • Close the Enrollment: Move past a passive "maybe" conversation. Confidently guide seniors and their families through the enrollment pipeline, securing a firm commitment to our services.
  • Secure the Install: Own the logistical hand-off by scheduling the installation. Your pipeline metrics and commission structures track all the way through to the successful completion of that in-home setup by our field install team.
  • Overcome Objections: Patiently, transparently, and empathetically address common objections regarding technology, equipment, and data privacy with a senior demographic.
  • Maintain CRM Cleanliness: Log, track, and accurately maintain all lead progression, scheduling notes, and patient data markers within Salesforce.

What You Need

  • Proven Outbound Success: 13+ years of experience in a high-volume outbound calling environment (Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales preferred).
  • The "Closer" Mindset: A natural sense of urgency and competitiveness. You understand that phone speed-to-contact directly affects your conversions.
  • High EQ for Seniors: The unique ability to build immediate rapport, project warmth, and communicate with clarity and patience over the phone with a senior demographic.
  • Flawless Attention to Detail: You act as the critical gatekeeper for our installers; a minor data entry error or scheduling oversight can disrupt the entire chain.
  • Resilience: The mental stamina to handle high call volumes, navigate voicemails, and pivot past objections with a positive, professional attitude.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary:
$50,000 base salary, universally applied regardless of your physical work location.
  • Uncapped Commission Plan: A highly competitive variable structure paid out directly on completed in-home device installations.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Choice of a local hybrid out of our Lehi, Utah headquarters or a fully remote home-office setup.
  • Benefits: Full package including Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance.
  • Career Runways: A supportive, growth-oriented startup culture with long-term opportunities.

Proactive Health is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
