As a member of the detox center, you will interact closely with various healthcare professionals, including nurses, psychiatrists, and case managers, working collaboratively to provide a seamless continuum of care for our clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized care plans, ensuring they address presenting issues and recovery objectives.
• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, aiming to create a supportive therapeutic environment that fosters healing.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to address symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, including crisis intervention techniques when necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement integrated care plans, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s health and well-being are considered and addressed.
• Maintain client safety and well-being by identifying and reporting unsafe situations, and employing appropriate procedures during treatment.
• Monitor clients' progress, adhering to established admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria, to facilitate timely transitions and continued support where needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services rendered, including report submissions and data entry related to client care and operational outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and organizational efficiency.

In this role, you will primarily engage with clients undergoing detoxification processes, many of whom may have a history of substance abuse coupled with mental health disorders. You will be integral in creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel safe and empowered to share their experiences. Your involvement is crucial in guiding them toward a path of recovery and improved mental health through targeted interventions and compassion.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a mental health or substance abuse context.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

• Experience in a detoxification or rehabilitation setting, with knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage emergency situations effectively.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
