Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our NCAA basketball sales team. We've demonstrated strong market adoption, and we need your help to build long-term partnership agreements with universities and professional organizations.You'll need to be able to build and maintain existing relationships, identify and execute a strategy for expansion revenue, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and achieve sales targets. 

As an Account Executive II, you'll:

  • Help our clients. After looking at how they currently work, you'll show them how Hudl can create more positive outcomes for their teams.
  • Work with our elite users across multiple markets. You'll develop existing relationships and source new ones across the NCAA.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive growth. You'll be creative and think outside the box, taking ownership of all aspects of territory management.
  • Build a strong pipeline and close sales. You'll manage the growth of enterprise level, league-wide collective agreements.

Time spent collaborating with other teammates in-office will be an integral part of your work. This role is open to candidates based in Lincoln or Omaha, NE and requires 3 days in the Lincoln office per week.

  • Experienced. You have 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Accomplished. Multiple years of experience achieving quota attainment, exceeding company targets, and driving key initiatives across the business
  • Methodical. You've worked with a CRM like Salesforce, and have a disciplined approach to contacting and engaging partners.
  • Passionate about sport and technology. You can't wait to bring our sports software to professional sports teams.
  • Consultative. You take the time to establish relationships, understand customer's ambitions and look to sell solutions tailored to their needs.
