Position Overview

Conducive Consulting is seeking an experienced Observability Engineer specializing in Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) to design, implement, and optimize enterprise observability solutions for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in Splunk ITSI, a deep understanding of IT operations, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable monitoring and service intelligence strategies

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and configure Splunk ITSI solutions for enterprise clients
Develop service hierarchies, KPIs, glass tables, and episode review configurations
Implement entity modeling and service templates aligned with business services
Integrate Splunk ITSI with infrastructure, application, and cloud monitoring tools
Build correlation searches, threshold policies, and adaptive thresholding models
Optimize ITSI performance and scalability
Lead client workshops to define observability strategy and service modeling frameworks
Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and client teams
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical presentations

Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise
2+ years of experience implementing Splunk ITSI in production environments
Strong knowledge of IT operations and ITIL frameworks
Proficiency with SPL (Search Processing Language)
Experience with event correlation and alert tuning
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong communication and client-facing skills
