• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, providing a foundation for tailored treatment.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals that convey clear pathways toward recovery.
• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure that all aspects of the client's care are coordinated and remain aligned with their evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring client safety and wellbeing are prioritized.
• Facilitate educational seminars, group therapy sessions, and support groups, enhancing community engagement and providing additional support avenues for clients.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in alignment with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

This role focuses on working with a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. The social worker will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive care that recognizes and respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Substantial familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods and approaches.

• Prior experience in developing psychoeducational resources or community engagement initiatives.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, in addition to opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
