This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our collaborative outpatient office team. You will engage with clients via telehealth and in community settings, while also participating in team meetings and consultations to share insights and best practices. • Provide direct clinical services to clients both remotely and in community settings, assessing and treating individuals with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to drive common goals and uphold our standard of exceptional client care.
• Engage respectfully and effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, while maintaining a focus on inclusivity.
• Implement evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screening measures and facilitate more in-depth assessments as required.
• Create integrated care plans based on client needs, bridging access to necessary services and coordinating communication among clients, their families, and healthcare providers.
• Deliver a range of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, ensuring a focus on client concerns and desired outcomes.
• Assist in crisis interventions, employing effective strategies to support clients during critical times.
• Manage a caseload encompassing assessment processes, individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress through ongoing assessments and ensure adherence to admission, stay, and discharge criteria.
• Complete necessary documentation and data submission in a timely manner.
• Available for on-call coverage as needed to support clients during and after program hours.
• Actively participate in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and promoting quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Our patient population primarily includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who face various mental health challenges, often exacerbated by socioeconomic factors. As an LCSW with Great Beginnings Therapy Solutions LLC, you will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health issues who require compassionate and tailored support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant field, demonstrating proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage caseloads and treatment plans efficiently.
• Demonstrated understanding of developmental needs for various populations served.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, facilitating broader communication with clients and enhancing service accessibility.
