• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify co-occurring disorders and tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues related to addiction, trauma, and other critical mental health concerns.
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress continuously, adapting treatment plans to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction counselors—to ensure holistic and effective care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, addiction recovery principles, and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our practice management system.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will provide support to diverse populations, ensuring that each client receives the personalized care necessary to facilitate their recovery and enhance their quality of life. Your expertise will enable clients to better understand their challenges and develop effective coping mechanisms as they work toward lasting change.

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution or university.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience providing mental health support in a counseling setting.
• A passion for helping individuals in crisis and a strong understanding of addiction recovery principles.

• Additional training or specialization in rehabilitation mental health.
• Experience working with clients in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with specific mental health assessment and treatment modalities.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
