• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to fully understand the mental health concerns of clients, employing standardized intake forms and diagnostic tools.
• Design, implement, and refine individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Provide compassionate individual therapy utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to facilitate healing and personal development.
• Regularly establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, utilizing progress notes to track enhancements and areas needing adjustment in their treatment plans.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who benefit from virtual sessions due to mobility challenges or geographical distance, ensuring accessibility to care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to protect client confidentiality and ensure compliance.
• Engage in lifelong learning through training workshops and seminars, allowing for skills development and the integration of emerging therapies into practice.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our practice serves clients from various backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic experience and requires a culturally sensitive approach in your practice.

• A current state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required to fulfill professional practice standards.
• Demonstrated superior communication skills and the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies and a proven track record of achieving positive client outcomes.
• Prior experience in a private practice or outpatient setting, enhancing familiarity with the administrative procedures and patient interactions specific to such environments.
• Ongoing participation in community outreach or mental health education initiatives is a plus.
