• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and medication management protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate clinical records and progress notes.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and inform treatment strategies in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to client goals.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation initiatives, ensuring that our practices uphold the highest quality and safety standards.
• Collate and analyze data to inform service delivery improvements and client outcomes.
• Engage with community service systems, state agencies, and regional partners to facilitate resource access and support for clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Medical Rehabilitation Services, you will serve a diverse client population that includes individuals coping with emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license granted by the state board.
