Mentor and support new team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of pricing, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience within a 3PL or warehouse logistics environment.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, cost modeling, P&L analysis, and Contract Logistics pricing methodologies. Experience with facility design and cost accounting is preferred.

Skills: Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

With a genuine culture of recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey. We offer a benefits package with a focus on your wellbeing. This includes competitive Paid Time Off, 401(k), health insurance and an employee benefits platform that offers discounts on gym memberships and a diverse range of retail, travel, car and hospitality brands, including important offerings like pet insurance.
