You will:

  • Participate in quality control reviews, site visits, and construction observations to help ensure design intent is achieved
  • Support project planning efforts, including scope development, schedules and resource coordination
  • Contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented culture

This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, allowing a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work.

To Thrive in This Role, You'll Bring

  • Ability to navigate complex technical and design challenges professionally with sound judgement and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience contributing to large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with sustainable and universal design principles
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship management skills
