Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - AI Training
About the Role
We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical communications professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for life-science and medical applications. Your deep understanding of clinical data, healthcare ecosystems, and scientific communication will directly shape how AI understands and conveys complex biomedical information.

  • What You'll Do
    • Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare audiences
    • Validate that complex clinical trial data, safety information, and medical evidence is accurately interpreted and communicated
    • Identify errors, misconceptions, or gaps in AI-generated scientific outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback
    • Support the development of high-quality medical AI datasets by applying your domain expertise to content review and annotation tasks
    • Ensure scientific integrity across AI models and training materials in clinical and biomedical contexts
    • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
    Who You Are
    • Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications with experience engaging healthcare professionals
    • Strong ability to interpret clinical publications, trial data, and regulatory materials
    • Experience in a field-based or externally facing medical role - such as Medical Science Liaison, clinical educator, or scientific advisor
    • Comfortable evaluating written medical content at scale with a critical, detail-oriented eye
    • Clear written communication skills in English
    • No prior AI experience required
    Nice to Have
    • Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows
    • Familiarity with medical writing, evidence synthesis, or HCP communication strategies
    • Advanced degree in a life-science or clinical discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent)
