Quicknode is a cloud-based infrastructure company that powers the blockchain ecosystem.

Our mission is to be the indispensable utility that empowers companies and innovators globally to build next-generation, Web3 enabled businesses & applications using blockchain technology. Quicknode is backed by some of the world's best investors including Tiger Global, Y Combinator, SoftBank, and the Seven Seven Six Fund. The Quicknode team has over 120 people maintaining high performance global data infrastructure for amazing customers serving billions of requests daily.

We are a global remote company with an HQ in Miami, Florida.

The Role

As a Senior Technical Writer, Content Platform at Quicknode, you will own both the creation of high-quality developer education content and the ongoing evolution of the documentation platform that powers quicknode.com/docs and quicknode.com/guides. This role combines deep technical writing expertise with hands-on frontend and CMS ownership responsibilities across a highly interactive, developer-focused documentation ecosystem.

You will maintain and improve Quicknode’s Docusaurus-based documentation platform while publishing production-ready guides, tutorials, sample applications, and educational resources that support developers building in Web3. This role requires strong technical depth, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to move fluidly between content production, frontend debugging, platform optimization, and cross-functional execution.

We are looking for a highly autonomous builder who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership of technical systems end-to-end, and is passionate about improving developer experience across blockchain ecosystems.

What You'll Do

  • Own the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and scalability of Quicknode’s Docusaurus-based documentation and guides platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and strong developer usability.

  • Build and maintain interactive documentation features including code execution environments, dynamic parameter systems, authentication flows, AI-assisted search integrations, and chain overview experiences.

  • Implement frontend enhancements, UX improvements, rebrand updates, and documentation platform refinements in partnership with Design, DevEx, and Engineering teams.

  • Ensure all documentation surfaces generate clean, structured, LLM-optimized markdown output to improve discoverability and usability across AI-assisted developer workflows.

  • Maintain and extend OpenAPI and RPC specification integrations that support automated documentation generation and validation workflows.

  • Proactively resolve dependency issues, security vulnerabilities, build failures, and CMS infrastructure issues within the documentation repository and CI/CD pipeline.

  • Write technically accurate, production-ready developer guides, tutorials, sample applications, and educational content focused on real-world blockchain and Web3 implementation patterns.

  • Create and maintain educational resources and developer learning materials covering Quicknode products, APIs, blockchain infrastructure, and emerging ecosystem capabilities.

  • Contribute to changelog updates and ensure all documentation accurately reflects the latest product functionality, releases, and platform enhancements.

  • Collaborate closely with ecosystem partners, protocol foundations, Product, DevEx, and Engineering teams to validate technical accuracy and improve developer adoption.

  • Review pull requests from other writers and contributors, providing editorial, technical, and CMS-related guidance to improve overall documentation quality and consistency.

  • Improve internal content production workflows through automation, tooling enhancements, AI-assisted processes, metadata optimization, and scalable documentation standards.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience creating developer-facing technical documentation, educational content, tutorials, or API documentation for technical audiences.

  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and modern frontend development workflows.

  • Hands-on experience managing documentation platforms or static site generators including Docusaurus, Next.js, Gatsby, or similar frameworks.

  • Experience working within Git-based development environments including pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, branch management, and collaborative engineering workflows.

  • Ability to write and validate production-quality code examples in at least two of the following languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Solidity, or Rust.

  • Strong understanding of developer documentation best practices including information architecture, progressive disclosure, API reference design, and code sample quality.

  • Experience supporting documentation infrastructure, CMS tooling, dependency management, and frontend debugging in production environments.

  • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, Web3 developer tooling, RPC services, smart contracts, or related blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum or Solana.

  • Experience optimizing technical content for SEO, AI discoverability, and LLM-based consumption patterns including structured markdown and metadata strategies.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, DevEx, and Marketing organizations.
