• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create tailored intervention strategies.
• Play a key role in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to address the unique circumstances and goals of each family.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize developmental progress.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to families, fostering strong relationships that encourage collaboration and trust.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations, maintaining high ethical standards in practice.
• Build rapport with children and their families, creating a supportive and engaging environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Collaborate with team members to evaluate progress and share insights on best practices in early intervention.

This role specifically targets children from birth to three years old who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will work closely with families in diverse socio-economic backgrounds, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to meet individual needs. Your expertise will play an essential part in empowering families to have a more positive impact on their child’s development through effective support and resources.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license for potential travel needs in specific situations.
• Demonstrable experience in adapting treatment approaches to fit individual learning styles of children and families.
• Strong commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance developmental outcomes.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience specifically working with children in early intervention settings.
• Experience with assessment tools and methodologies tailored to early childhood development.
• Familiarity with family-centered practices and community-based service delivery.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
