Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to gain insights into clients' needs and develop comprehensive and tailored treatment plans accordingly.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients’ progress is recorded and accessible for future reference.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care tailored to each client’s specific needs.

  • Continuously engage in professional development through workshops and training to stay current with best practices and the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
