The successful candidate will operate in a fully remote capacity, providing convenience and safety for both staff and clients. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of demographics, including individuals, families, and couples.
• Employ diverse, individualized therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines while using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and positive client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research.

Our mental health services are designed for a wide range of clients, particularly those with limited access to care. You will work with individuals experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. A significant aspect of your role will involve developing culturally competent approaches to treatment that respect and acknowledge clients’ varied backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Confirmed, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, contributing to a holistic care approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software and telehealth platforms is preferred.

• Background in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience.
