As a remote clinical provider, you will engage with clients through teletherapy platforms, allowing you to reach a broader patient population. The position is within a community health clinic framework focused on accessible and compassionate care, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct individualized assessments to devise personalized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy for various client demographics.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops that encourage healing and communication among families and couples.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and continued education opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health developments and best practices.

Your work at Providence Mental Health will primarily involve supporting individuals and families who have limited access to traditional care. You will address a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, ensuring that every client receives the empathy and guidance they need to thrive. Your role will be rooted in building rapport and trust with a diverse clientele, adapting your approach to meet the specific cultural and emotional needs of those you serve.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience using EMR software and digital assessment tools is preferred, as technological proficiency will be vital for this remote role.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload availability.
