Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 13+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience in QA/testing, with a strong understanding of Guidewire Policy Center and its modules.
  • Strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA / ALM), automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git) for automated testing.
  • Knowledge of Guidewire Digital applications or Dev Connect.
  • Active Guidewire Analyst certification.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA testing efforts for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Design and develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and system requirements.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Validate batch processes, billing rules, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
  • Defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development for resolution.
  • Mentor junior testers and coordinate testing activities in a distributed team setup.
  • Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
