As a Manager IT, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale enterprise technology initiatives while directly managing a team of Quality Assurance (QA) professionals. We will count on you to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive strategic priorities, ensure high-quality system delivery and maintain alignment across global teams operating in multiple time zones. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Lead and actively contribute to the execution of large-scale, complex programs and projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and aligned to business outcomes.  
  • Serve as both project leader and hands-on contributor, participating in planning, execution, risk management and issue resolution. Identify, assess and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution.  
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps and status reporting for leadership, including executive-level summaries.  
  • Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies, ensuring consistent execution standards across initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • BA/BS degree required, Master's degree is a plus   
  • 7+ years of experience in IT, including:  
  • Project/Program Management of large-scale initiatives 
  • People management (direct leadership of technical or QA teams)  
  • Experience with AI technologies (machine learning, AIOps, intelligent automation) and ability to evaluate and guide team adoption of AI solutions  
  • Proven experience as a working manager (balancing leadership and individual contribution)
