• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, including individuals and families struggling with various mental health issues.
• Create, implement, and continually update personalized client-centered treatment plans based on best practices and ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care and facilitate referrals for additional support when necessary.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies as needed to align with evolving client needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Must possess a valid mental health license in New York State as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related mental health field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing EHR software and experience conducting virtual therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in outpatient settings will be favored. Experience working with a telehealth format is also beneficial.

The compensation for this role is competitive, offering an annual salary of USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
