• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic and achievable goals for their progress.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as couples and family therapy, tailoring approaches to suit various client dynamics.
• Monitor and document client progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to maintain a holistic approach to client care.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in the practice of mental health therapy.

The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health challenges that include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role will focus on listening actively, fostering trust, and leveraging appropriate therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their journeys. You will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies, enhance their quality of life, and cultivate resilience.

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist - PsyD) is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services, particularly in a telehealth setting, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities to establish rapport with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Capacity to work both independently and as an integral part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities is highly valued.

• Experience using telehealth software and understanding of its functionalities to deliver effective therapy.
• Background in working with diverse patient populations and various cultural backgrounds.
• Knowledge of best practices for mental health care in remote settings.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
