Cape Hope Counseling Center is seeking experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFT, LMHC, and LICSW professionals, to join our dedicated team on a full-time, remote basis. In this pivotal role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. Cape Hope Counseling Center is a leading outpatient psychiatric facility located in Springfield, Massachusetts, specializing in comprehensive telehealth services. This position supports a fully remote approach to therapy, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while retaining the collaborative spirit of our practice. You will connect with clients via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for therapy. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs of patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to effectively address diverse mental health challenges.
• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational and therapy groups, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among participants dealing with similar issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care that addresses the complexities of mental health.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, demonstrating situational awareness and sound judgment under pressure.
• Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continued professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Your client-base will consist of individuals from various backgrounds seeking help for a wide range of mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and issues related to substance abuse. Your expertise will guide these individuals towards improved mental well-being and foster an environment of healing.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven knowledge of mental health theories and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, with an emphasis on both individual and group therapeutic settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) software and proficient in using technology for remote therapy.

• Experience utilizing specific therapeutic approaches such as psychodynamic therapy, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary treatment settings or collaborative care models.
• Background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health services.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
