Job description

ECCO Group USA is looking for call center sales agents! 


The role:

You will be calling customers who previously were signed up for the Sirius XM radio in their vehicle, whose free trial recently expired and offering them a promotional rate to continue their services. This is a call center sales position and we are looking for people with call center sales experience that can demonstrate the importance of this program and who are not afraid to rebuttal.


The Details:

  • Full time training 9-5p - Eastern Time zone
  • Shift Options: 1p-9p or  2p-10p 
  • Off days are Thursday &  Sunday 
  • 1 Week of Training
  • 1-2 weeks of nesting
  • Pay is $11/hr. PLUS commission(NON-NEGOTIABLE)


YOU MUST MEET ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

  • Computer with Windows 11 OR higher-50 download/10 upload speed
  • NO CHROMEBOOKS, WINBOOKS OR MACS ALLOWED!
  • High Speed Internet is required.
  • 128GB of storage and 20GB of Free Space on computer
  • 8gb of Ram installed on computer.
  • Ethernet Cord-Must be hardwired into Router.
  • Not able to work on WIFI
  • USB Headset with volume Control, mute button, and microphone
  • A webcam is required.
  • 100% attendance is required(no missed time in first 2 weeks)
  • Background check may be required
