We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales / Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment and can help us expand our footprint in the NetSuite ecosystem.

Position Overview

As a NetSuite Consulting Sales Representative, you’ll be the frontline ambassador of our services — driving new business opportunities, managing outbound prospecting efforts, and partnering with our delivery team to close deals. You’ll evangelize the value of our consulting expertise, including ongoing NetSuite managed services, configurations, custom development, and project delivery. Your success will directly fuel company growth and deepen client partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients via outbound outreach (calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, events).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of target accounts aligned with strategic growth objectives.
  • Conduct discovery to understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and NetSuite needs.

Sales Execution

  • Present and articulate the value of our full suite of services: managed NetSuite admin support, custom development, configurations, upgrades, and implementation projects.
  • Drive sales cycles end-to-end — from initial engagement through negotiation and contract execution.
  • Work collaboratively with Solutions Architects and Project Leads to develop accurate scopes and estimates.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain sales activity in our CRM accurately and timely.
  • Report on pipeline health, forecast revenue, and contribute to sales cadence strategies.

Partnership & Market Awareness

  • Develop a deep understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem (modules like ERP, CRM, PSA, SuiteCommerce, integrations, etc.), competitors, and emerging market needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner meetups.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS, technology solutions, or professional services sales — ideally selling cloud ERP, managed services, or consulting services.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding quota through proactive pipeline creation.
  • Familiarity with the NetSuite ecosystem and enterprise software sales is a strong advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling, problem-solving, and communication skills.
