The LPC will operate primarily from a home office, optimizing digital tools for remote therapy sessions. This outpatient setting enables counselors to focus on client needs with minimal disruptions, allowing for flexible scheduling that accommodates both client and counselor availability. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Provide effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing diverse modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain a collaborative approach by working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical records that align with ethical standards and legal requirements, using EMR systems for efficient management.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and keeping abreast of the latest research in mental health care.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma treatment, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations, reflecting an understanding of cultural sensitivities in therapy.
