CloudBolt Software ( www.cloudbolt.io ) is helping enterprises control infrastructure chaos through cloud automation and cost optimization. We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build the next generation of Kubernetes optimization products used across some of the largest Kubernetes estates across key industry verticals.
In this role, you'll take ideas from concept to production, influence architecture decisions, and help define Kubernetes best practices across the engineering organization.
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and operate Go-lang services running inside customer Kubernetes clusters, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and security -based services running inside customer Kubernetes clusters, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and security

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Expertise in Go-lang.
  • Proficient in modern application best practices for development and architecture design.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems.
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and containerization.
  • Proven ability to contribute quality application code.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new skills or technologies.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills with remote team members.
  • Active CKA certification preferred
