About the Role micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire senior software engineers from top companies. You'll evaluate AI-generated code, create challenging engineering problems, and help push model performance on real-world software tasks.


Scope of Work

  1. Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
  2. Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
  3. Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design
  4. Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance


Preferred Qualifications

  1. At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years
  2. Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
