Job description

About the Role

We're an early-stage SaaS company building foundational infrastructure to automate mission-critical integrations for the real economy — specifically supply chain connectivity. We're looking for a sharp, driven Software Engineer with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments and is eager to own core systems end-to-end.

This is a high-impact, foundational engineering role. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI agent development and complex infrastructure engineering, helping shape the technical direction of the product and team from the ground up.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What You'll Do
  • Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents from scratch, focused on supply chain connectivity.

  • Develop and maintain core infrastructure for hosting and running integrations — effectively building a mini-platform-as-a-service runtime (think Vercel-style) from the ground up.

  • Own critical systems end-to-end, from the agent platform to the integrations runtime, making foundational architectural decisions.

  • Establish engineering patterns and practices that will define the future of the team and product.

  • Work fluidly across both the agentic AI side and the heavy infrastructure/platform engineering side of the product.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves (dealbreakers):

  • Demonstrated track record of shipping and owning complex software products end-to-end.

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript.

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required:

  • Hands-on experience building with or using AI agents or LLMs.

  • Background at a developer tools or infrastructure-focused company.

  • Experience building platform engineering or infrastructure systems such as runtimes or execution environments.

Nice to have:

  • Degree from a top-ranked technical university.

  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, or AWS.

  • Experience at high-caliber engineering organizations (e.g., large-scale cloud, developer platform, or professional services firms).

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $150,000 – $300,000 USD annually, depending on experience.

  • Early-stage equity opportunity.

  • Opportunity to be a foundational engineering voice at a high-growth startup.

Location
  • On-site in Los Angeles, CA.

  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
