Our Partner Engineering team works at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Customer teams - making the sum greater than the whole. It's a cross-functional role with exposure to both software engineering and product management.

You'll partner with product managers, solution architects, project managers, and clients to understand complex requirements, design solutions, and build systems and integrations end to end. The work is challenging, high-impact, and full of learning.

What You'll Do
  • Build integration frameworks: Design and implement scalable API integration frameworks (legacy, GraphQL, or REST) that connect customer systems with our services, including reusable frameworks and components.

  • Translate customer needs: Work with customers to understand their use cases and translate them into effective integration solutions.

  • Document & specify: Create detailed technical specifications and integration documentation.

  • Optimize: Optimize integrations for reliability, performance, and ease of maintenance.

What You'll Need
  • Integration & SaaS experience: Strong background in enterprise system integrations and building scalable SaaS products and integration frameworks.

  • Backend expertise: Expert knowledge of Python, Django, DRF, Celery, and PostgreSQL, with experience in webhooks, event processing, and asynchronous architectures.

  • Cloud & distributed systems: AWS and cloud infrastructure expertise (including the AWS Serverless Framework), strong system design and architecture capabilities, and experience testing and debugging distributed systems.

  • AI integrations: Ability to understand and work with AI service integrations.

  • Communication: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.

  • Preferred: Experience integrating AI/ML services into production applications and knowledge of common AI integration patterns and best practices, plus a background working with enterprise clients and startup experience.
