Industry: Finance Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Rate: W2 Rates Only - NO C2C Setting: Hybrid Required (Remote is NOT an Option) Duration: 12+ months Job ID: 247293 Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.

Strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio or PySpark, Python, and Oracle Database. Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-scale data processing applications. Experience with production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Desired Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing methodologies.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to improve development productivity, accelerate migrations, and enhance code quality. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Proven experience migrating ETL jobs from legacy platforms to modern data processing frameworks
