Job description

*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.

Develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including work in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, and application integration patterns. Use knowledge of tools and best practices for the development and deployment of enterprise applications, including source code management (VCS), code review, continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), Salesforce DX, scratch org, and unit testing.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce-based CRM solutions.
  • Develop custom components and automation workflows to optimize sales processes (e.g., opportunity management, credit checks, partner engagement).
  • Implement and maintain Enterprise Territory Management features, including rule-based assignment and data segmentation.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives), and advocate for development best practices.
  • Provide expert-level support during CRM rollouts, including live training sessions, technical troubleshooting, and hotfix deployment.
  • Serve as the point of contact for production support and critical issue resolution related to Salesforce applications.
  • Review, maintain, and assure quality in all code entering codebase.
  • Debug and work with complex implementations involving features like asynchronous processing on SFDC.
  • Lead design and deployment of a multi-tenant Salesforce architecture that enforces per tenant encryption-at-rest with HSM-backed and role-based access controls across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Optimize API jobs allowing performance and scalability tuning for large Salesforce orgs (100k+ records/sec API volume).

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
  • Must have six (6) years of experience with salesforce development, including Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, and Aura/LWC.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience with: leading CRM projects with large user bases; leading the end-to-end global deployment of Salesforce CRM across multiple regions; debugging and working with complex implementations; RESTful and SOAP web services, including Salesforce APIs, in support of Red Hat SFDC integrations with other third-party applications and enterprise systems; and working with business systems analysts, architects, product owners, and quality engineers as part of an agile team to design, build, and deliver solutions.
  • Must have three (3) years of experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

The salary range for this position is $157,248 - $249,950/year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
