Job SummarySEACORP's Platforms Business Area is seeking a Software Engineer II. The Software Engineer will work with a smallproduct development team building high-reliability software for air-gappedtactical and post-mission environments. We emphasize individual accountability,initiative, and direct technical ownership from design through verification.

Job Responsibilities Include: 

  • Application Engineering: Design, maintain, andmodernize Java/JavaFX tools and administrative GUIs serving remote,non-technical users across in-field and post-mission analysis environments;support migration to web-based services.
  • Testing & Simulation: Maintain, operate, and extendinternal software utilities used for component testing and mission simulation.
  • Packaging & Validation: Build, containerize(Podman), and validate software locally prior to release onto edge Kubernetes(K3s) infrastructure.
  • Systems Integration: Diagnose host-level networksockets, OS behavior, and application issues within cybersecurity-hardened,STIG-compliant baselines.
