• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, ensuring accurate diagnoses of mental health disorders.
• Deliver individualized counseling and therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate modalities to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Utilize telemedicine software to conduct virtual sessions, fostering a secure and confidential environment for clients.

In this role, you will primarily work with students facing a range of mental health issues, from mild emotional disturbances to more severe psychological disorders. • A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master's degree in Social Work and Counseling from an accredited university.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with clients having diverse mental health needs.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
• The ability to establish meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with prior experience working in educational settings or with children and adolescents will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth practices and the use of digital therapy tools will also enhance your candidacy.
