A leading construction and engineering organization is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to help design, build, and scale an enterprise AI platform that powers intelligent applications across the business. This role will focus on developing the AI orchestration layer that enables teams across the organization to leverage AI solutions securely, efficiently, and at scale.

This engineer will play a key role in advancing a flagship internal AI platform that serves as the foundation for workflow orchestration, agent-to-agent communication, observability, and AI-driven business solutions. The platform is being built to support enterprise-wide adoption of AI by creating reusable services, scalable APIs, and seamless integrations with cloud and data platforms.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Building the AI orchestration layer behind a strategic enterprise AI platform.
  • Developing reusable AI services and APIs that can be leveraged across multiple applications and business units.
  • Creating scalable backend solutions that enable agent-based workflows and enterprise AI capabilities.
