AladdinB2B is looking for Project Manager - Technology Development :

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Project Manager to join our team and lead the development efforts for our product, Aladdin. As the Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all development projects related to the Aladdin platform.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and increase efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the organization.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (8 years) in project management, specifically in software development. Experience in the B2B or SaaS industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
• Using AI Integration
• Gulf Experience is a plus
• Aladdin Academy Certified is required within the first month
