Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.

Position requires:

• Programming, including system-level languages Go, C++, or Rust;
• Object-oriented and functional programming and Distributed Systems;
• Cloud-native patterns including microservices;
• Networking & Protocols;
• Systems Design, including designing, decomposing, and documenting medium-scale systems;
• Testing & Automation, including writing unit, integration, and regression tests;
• CI/CD pipelines, mocking frameworks, and test-driven development;
• Debugging & Ops Readiness, including tools lperf, strace, tcpdump, logs, and metrics; and
• Writing runbooks.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $153,493 to $178,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
