As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at addressing the mental health needs of your clients. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health concerns and developing tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and client needs.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to encourage informed decision-making.

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting with a focus on psychotherapy services.
• In-depth knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.

While not required, the following experience will be seen as an asset:

• Previous experience working in a school-based or educational setting providing mental health services.
