Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote social work services to clients, helping them navigate life's challenges and mental health concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client histories and current situations, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.
• Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, setting realistic goals alongside clients.
• Coordinate services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, counselors, and community service providers, to offer integrated care.
• Advocate for clients’ rights, connecting them with essential resources and services, and guiding them through necessary procedures.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on supporting a diverse client population, which may include individuals and families facing various socio-emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You'll provide tailored interventions that address unique cultural and contextual factors influencing your clients' experiences and mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in social work, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals while demonstrating empathy and sound judgment.
• Proficient in technology used for remote work, including video conferencing tools and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar environments is advantageous. Familiarity with therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and experience working with marginalized populations are also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
