• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients in a remote setting to understand their mental health status and needs, as well as their history of substance use.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, tailored to the individual requirements of each client.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that focus on trauma recovery, resilience building, and managing anxiety and depression.
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and support staff, to provide integrated care for clients.
• Facilitate client education sessions and support families, equipping them with tools to assist their loved ones through recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in social work and mental health through continual education and professional development opportunities.

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are experiencing acute substance use and related mental health challenges. Your role will be instrumental in helping these individuals overcome trauma, manage their mental health conditions, and develop skills for lifelong recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Mained valid LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused and trauma-informed psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• A demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in dynamic situations.
• A commitment to working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working in a detox or addiction treatment facility is highly desirable.
• Background in community outreach and engagement with marginalized populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.
