Key Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, tailored to the individual requirements of each client.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions that focus on trauma recovery, resilience building, and managing anxiety and depression.
  • Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and support staff, to provide integrated care for clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Mained valid LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.
