Job Description

We are seeking another Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Banners on a Roll, located in beautiful Redmond, Washington. This is a flex time position. Tell us your availability and you may find your dream schedule. After successful on-boarding and training, remote work is an option for you.

  • In this role, you'll get to work with our existing customers and prospects.  
  • Strong focus on revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities


  • Uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads provided by our marketing team
  • Build relationships with leads, prospects, and existing clients to increase sales
  • Maintain and update contact management database 
  • Cross-sell customers with our wide range of products.
Qualifications

Additionally, you should be comfortable talking on the phone, and explaining our products and services. We hire smart people, who are competitive, high energy, eager to help, and have great communication skills.

Ideally, you already have experience with inside sales and/or customer service, but we will consider you as a candidate if you have a great "can do" attitude, excellent work ethic, and some natural sales talent. 

Additional desired traits and experience

  • Graphics Arts experience is a plus...we create products based on customer logos and branding and our creativity adds to their brand.
  • Experience with web meetings a plus (e.g. Join.me, GoToMeeting, Webex)
  • Demonstrated experience using various software applications 
  • Email is important in our business and experience with Outlook, Gmail and CRM systems is desired.
