Position Overview:

Entrust is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day social media execution across campaigns, thought leadership, and public relations. This role ensures consistent, high-quality execution and helps translate our brand narrative into clear, effective content across channelsand Entrust thought leaders.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on execution, coordination, and performance insights.

US Eastern or Central Time Zone.


Responsibilities:

Execute daily social media activities, including content review, publishing, and optimization

Support campaign and PR amplification, including real-time and rapid response moments

Manage community engagement across channels

Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure aligned andtimelyexecution

Monitor performance and report on key metrics and trends

Apply social listening insights to improve content and engagement

Support employee advocacy programs and internal enablement

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B, technology, or corporate brand environment

Strong writingandediting skills for digital and social content

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experiencecollaborating and communicatingwith cross-functional teams and external agencies

Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social)

Ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting thought leadership or executive social programs

Background in cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise technology

Experience with social listening or advocacy platforms

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $56,375-$82,683 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
