The Process Engineer - Payroll (ERP) participates as a payroll functional expert in an integrated process team to collect and interpret information from the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) and Local Education Agency system users for business process analyses, documentation of functional specifications, system configuration, user system testing, business process re-engineering, and system user training and support. Current professional certification in one of the following may substitute for two years of required education: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification, Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) Certification, Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRMCP) or equivalent.
