Job Summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is a leading provider of infrastructure solutions for water, energy, communications, and transportation. Our CivilSense is rapidly evolving to meet the demands of modern utilities and municipalities through advanced digital offerings. From predictive analytics for non-revenue water loss to AI-powered sensors for stormwater and wastewater management, CivilSense delivers scalable solutions that empower clients to optimize performance, reduce operational risk, and make data-driven decisions.

We are seeking a high-impact Territory Sales Manager with entrepreneurial drive to accelerate revenue growth and expand market penetration of our CivilSense digital water solutions across the south. Like the streams we help monitor and protect, this role flows across multiple domains โ€” from non-revenue water analytics to stormwater intelligence and wastewater optimization โ€” powered by our AI-driven sensor technology. Youโ€™ll be expected to think boldly, act decisively, grow the pipeline with velocity, and close deals that position Oldcastle Infrastructure as the trusted leader in smart water innovation.

Job Location

  • This position is remote, the candidate must be based in the west near one of our facilities in the United States.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive revenue growth by executing a focused, entrepreneurial territory sales strategy โ€” take initiative, think creatively, and shape new opportunities that align with CivilSenseโ€™s evolving digital water portfolio.
  • Adapt to evolving digital water technologies with resilience, promoting smart solutions that support long-term water stewardship.
  • Stay agile and resilient in a fast-changing digital landscape โ€” anticipate evolving customer needs, adapt quickly to future offerings, and consistently deliver solutions that exceed client demands
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Own pipeline tracking and forecasting in Salesforce with speed and precision โ€” ensure data is current, forecasts are reliable, and insights are delivered in time to drive informed decisions and revenue performance
  • Deliver high-impact demos and presentations that clearly articulate ROI and operational value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including city engineers, public works directors, and utility managers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical partners to shape customer-centric solutions
  • Represent Oldcastle Infrastructure at key industry events and regional conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in SaaS, digital infrastructure, or smart utility solutions
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex, data-driven platforms to municipal, utility, or engineering clients โ€” especially those involving AI, predictive analytics, or IoT technologies
  • Deep understanding of water sector challenges, including non-revenue water loss, stormwater management, and wastewater optimization
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, guiding customers through digital transformation journeys
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and public procurement processes, with a strategic approach to stakeholder engagement and funding alignment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital sales, data analytics, or water technologies are a plus

Compensation

  • Yearly target salary is $125,000.00 to $135,000.00
  • Quarterly bonus eligible
  • 401(k) planโ€‹ / group retirement savings programโ€‹
  • Short-term and long-term disability benefitsโ€‹โ€‹
  • Life insuranceโ€‹
  • Health, dental, and vision insuranceโ€‹
  • Paid time off โ€‹
  • Paid holidays
