About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and professional AV Service Technician Lead to join our team in a client-facing position specializing in high-end residential smart home systems. In this role, you will provide expert troubleshooting, service, and maintenance for complex home technology systems-including automation platforms, audio/video distribution, home theaters, lighting control, networks, and surveillance systems and more.
